Metropolitan Boutique Hotel Krakow

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. The staff arranged our excursions and were kind and understanding. The location was excellent, with the Jewish quarter just a 5-minute walk away and the main square within 15 minutes. The city of Krakow itself is stunning, full of history and a must-visit destination. We highly recommend taking an Auschwitz tour for a humbling perspective. The food in the restaurant was fabulous, especially the steak and pasta, and the breakfast had a great selection. The spacious and modern rooms were a delightful surprise, with a huge bed and impeccable cleanliness. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the daily happy hour at the bar.

We had a wonderful stay at a hotel located in a up-and-coming area. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeping was efficient, and the staff were exceptional. They even prepared a breakfast box for us when we had to leave early. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of healthy choices. The hotel was conveniently located between the Jewish Quarter and the Old Town, allowing us to easily explore the different areas Krakow has to offer.

The restaurant had an issue on one particular evening, but it was quickly resolved by the staff.

The room was spacious, modern, and clean, with great bathroom amenities. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the Jewish square and the downtown area. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. this hotel provided great service and convenient access to everything we wanted to see in this city.

Everything was nice, good service, brilliant location near to lovely restaurants & bars in Jewish quarter and a tram stop and ticket station and the Main Square. We were met by affable, accommodating personnel. They offered extra water too.

Very good staff and food, I had a really great stay. That was relaxing hotel set in lovely area, very close to city center, old town and restaurants. The bonus was comfortable room decor and good bar.

This venue provided great service, with helpful receptionists who made us feel very welcome. The room was equipped with everything we needed, and the staff provided an exceptional level of service.

I loved my stay at the Metropolitan Boutique Hotel! I stayed three nights. The location was great for walking to Old Town and the Jewish quarter. There were many restaurants in the neighborhood as well as several small groceries and bakeries. The room was comfortable and I slept well. Breakfast was good, with sufficient variety. I ate dinner one night in the hotel and had a delicious meal. But most of all, the staff at reception and in the dining room were helpful, efficient, and friendly. I want to go back!
